Are you on track to make 2024 your best year yet? Because we certainly are! 💪
Our new year's resolution is to help you offer a more enjoyable buyer experience than ever while also minimizing the admin work for you. So we’re starting 2024 on a high note with some of the HUGE product updates, including native e-signatures, Zapier integration, and more.
Let’s dive right in!
Flowla e-signature is here! ✍🏻
Even in the age of virtual selling, paperwork remains a huge headache for both the salespeople and the buyers. Luckily, there’s a way to get any document signed online (and make it legally binding) using e-signature tools.
But ask yourself: Does your sales stack really need another tool? Not only can it be a costly addition to your toolset, but the integration may also cause some extra friction (both for you and the buyers).
That is why we’re super thrilled to introduce native e-signatures in Flowla!
Now you can select “Sign a document” as an action item, and your clients will be able to e-sign the file you upload directly on the flow, with the safety & security of Dropbox Sign.
Here’s how it works:
Create an action item
Select "Sign a document" as an action type
Fill in the details & hit "Send for Signature"
Flow viewers assigned as signers can sign the document inside the flow
P.S.: If you prefer using any other provider like PandaDoc or DocuSign, you can still embed those into the flows, so don’t worry.
Integrate Zapier & Flowla 🔗
We’re all for convenience here at Flowla, which is why automation has been a major focus for our team these past months, starting with a few exciting integrations, like VideoCom or Supademo, and up to the recent introduction of Workflows. But today we’re taking it a step further!
Ladies and gentlemen, you can now integrate Flowla with thousands of tools via Zapier.
This means now you can easily incorporate Flowla into your pre-existing workflows on any platform you and your team are already familiar with and streamline any tasks or processes across your tool stack.
Some of the use cases are:
Automatically send a custom flow via Slack/Gmail when a prospect books a meeting
Send a personalized follow-up email when someone views your flows
Update your to-do's & external KPIs when a flow is completed
Our integration with HubSpot was one of the major milestones we hit last year and a huge improvement to the user experience when working with both platforms.
Now, it gets even better with the flow creation panel inside HubSpot using the same flow wizard UI as the one you’re used to on the Flowla dashboard. In other words, it’s the familiar step-by-step process you follow when you hit the "Create flow" button.
As a result, you get the smoothest, most convenient experience, no matter the platform.
Organize your process more easily
But there’s one more update intended to make the way you interact with your flows a lot easier.
It’s now possible to move action items between flow stages by simply dragging & dropping them (just like you can with content steps).
This makes it easy to adjust your flow to fit your process and rearrange the action items as needed.
