We've watched a lot of deals move through Flowla rooms. After enough of them, one pattern is impossible to unsee. Same product, same price, same kind of buyer, and two reps at the same company get completely different outcomes. Not occasionally, but every quarter, on the same deals.
The rep who wins isn't smarter. They do four or five things on every deal that the others do on some deals. They get a second stakeholder on the call before anyone mentions pricing. They won't leave a meeting without a date on the calendar. The follow-up goes out the same afternoon rather than Friday, and when the buyer goes quiet in the room they notice that day and do something about it.
None of this is a secret. It's in every sales methodology ever sold. The gap has never been knowledge. The gap is doing it every single time, and having someone notice when you don't.
That someone used to be a manager with time, but nobody has one of those anymore.
So we built REX.

This is us. REX is the tall one.
The best teams have always had a player-coach. It's the person who runs their own deal and, in the middle of running it, turns to the rep beside them to explain what they just did and why. On the field, making the play.
That's the rarest person in sales. Good enough to close it themselves, generous enough to make everyone around them better while they do.
REX is that player-coach for every rep you have, in every deal at once. One agent, both jobs, because they only work when they're done together.
REX plugs into the tools your team already lives in: CRM, AI notetaker, Slack, email, and the Flowla rooms and mutual action plans your buyers are already in. From all of that it builds one working memory of every deal, and it puts that memory to work in two directions.
On the deal, REX executes. It reads the call and drafts the follow-up before the rep has left the meeting. It keeps the mutual action plan honest. It watches what the buyer does in the room and tells the rep when to move. We laid out how REX executes when we launched it in July, and it's been running in production since.
On the rep, REX coaches. It knows what good looks like on your team, checks every live deal against that standard, and coaches the gap while there's still time to close it. This is the part we've been building toward, and it's why we're writing this.
Your methodology, turned into competencies with evidence you can observe.
You set the standard. REX holds the team to it.

The transcript from your notetaker. The email thread. The stage history in your CRM. The Slack channel. The buyer's activity in the room. Every deal gets checked against every competency, continuously, without anyone filling in a form.

This is what REX sent one of our reps last week:
Acme moved to Proposal with one contact engaged. Your deals at this stage that closed had three or more. I've drafted an intro request to their VP Operations, who joined the second call and hasn't heard from you since. Also linked the multithreading module from your playbook. Eight minutes.
The next step is drafted, the habit is named, the lesson is attached. And the rep's profile updates from what they did on a real deal, instead of from a module they clicked through on a Friday.

Ramp stops being a course list and starts being a scoreboard of things you've actually done. You're ready to sell when you've demonstrated the competencies in real conversations, and you can see exactly which ones are still open and what closes each one.
If you've plateaued, you find out why. In our experience it's almost always threading or stage discipline, and it's almost never the thing the rep suspects.
And if you're the one rep who does it right, your habits become the standard the whole team is coached to. You don't have to run a single workshop.

You can answer the questions you currently guess at. Who is ready to take the enterprise deal. Where ramp stalls, and on which skill. Which missing competency showed up most in the deals that slipped last quarter.
One rule we won't bend: every gap you see, the rep saw first, with the fix attached. REX works for the rep. You get the visibility because the rep already got the help.

Training platforms measure completion. Revenue intelligence tools measure activity. Neither can tell you whether a rep got better, because each of them only has half the story.
To coach someone on the deal in front of them, you need the same brain that's running the deal. And that's the whole design. REX doesn't hand off to a learning tool. REX is the learning tool, and it's also the one doing the work.
Rooms gave us the buyer's side of every deal. REX gave us the seller's side. Connecting both to how a team learns is the piece nobody else has, and it's why a revenue team would choose Flowla as its brain over anything else.
Your best rep already knows how to do this. Now the rest of the team will too.
