Our last release introduced REX, the agent that keeps your deals moving. This release makes REX a lot sharper. It now reads your emails as well as your calls, so it knows more about every deal. It also does more of the room building for you, and checks with you before it changes anything your buyer will see.
A lot of what happens in a deal happens over email, and until now REX couldn't see it. Connect Gmail and REX reads your deal emails alongside your calls.
That means REX finds stakeholders you haven't met on a call yet, picks up on how buyers are feeling, and gives you next steps that are much more precise.
Any rep or CSM who runs deals through Gmail.
Some of the most important people in a deal never join a call. They're the ones on cc, or the ones your champion forwards the proposal to. Now REX can see them, so you can reach them before they turn into a surprise.
For managers, REX's read on a deal is now based on the whole conversation, which gives you a more honest picture of which deals are healthy.
Keeping a room up to date after every call is admin nobody enjoys. Now you can ask REX to do it.
REX shows you exactly how the room will look with its changes, and nothing goes live until you approve.
Reps and CSMs who update rooms after every call.
Updating rooms is one of those jobs that slips when the week gets busy, and an out-of-date room makes a deal look stalled. Handing it to REX keeps every room current without adding to your list.
Because you approve every change, you stay in control of what your buyer sees. That makes it easy to roll REX out to the whole team.
More on room updates with REX →
Type a company name or website into Ask REX and it dresses the whole room in that company's colours and fonts.
Reps who want every room to feel personal, and anyone who looks after the team's room templates.
A room in your buyer's own colours feels like it was made for them. That kind of polish used to take time, so it mostly went into the biggest deals. Now it takes one message, so every deal can have it.
You can now ask REX to vibe code anything you want in a room. An ROI calculator with your buyer's numbers in it, a pricing configurator, an interactive timeline for the rollout. Describe it and REX builds it, which means endless possibilities.
Whatever you build sits right there in the room for your buyer to use.
Reps who want buyers to do more in a room than read.
An ROI calculator with your buyer's own numbers makes the business case for you, even when you're not in the room. Building something like that used to mean a developer or a separate tool. Now it takes a sentence.
How the Embed code block works →
When your pricing deck or one-pager changes, you no longer have to hunt through rooms to swap out the old one.
Replace it once from your Library and choose which rooms get the new version.
CS and enablement teams, and any rep with a lot of live rooms.
A buyer reading old pricing is an easy way to lose trust. With one update, you know every room shows the right version. And because you choose which rooms change, a deal in the middle of negotiation can keep the version it was quoted on.
Replace an asset across rooms →
REX now knows more about every deal and does more of the room work for you, and you still sign off on anything your buyer will see. Book a call if you'd like a walkthrough, or log in and try it on your next deal.
As always, feel free to share your feedback or suggestions. 💙
Yes. Connect your Gmail account and Flowla adds your deal emails to the right rooms automatically. REX reads them alongside your calls, so it can find more stakeholders, pick up on buyer sentiment and suggest more precise next steps. A thread is added when someone on it is a room contact or their email domain matches the room's target company.
No. REX drafts room updates visually and asks for approval before applying any change. You can ask for a full room update, a quick update, a recap, a HubSpot update or a Slack message, and you review each proposal first. Nothing in a buyer-facing room changes until you approve it.
Yes. Add an Embed code block to a room, click Create with REX, and describe what you want, for example an ROI calculator or a pricing configurator. REX writes the code and shows you a preview. If you already have HTML, you can paste it in or upload the file instead. Resize it to fit the room before you share.
Open Library and find the asset. Click Analytics, then Used in rooms to see every room that includes it. Open View the rooms and use the replacement option for the rooms you want to update. You decide which rooms change, so active deals can keep an earlier version if needed.
